Returns Policy

  • RETURNS

    We accept returns on full priced items within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

    • Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. Returned garments will be quality control inspected before processing a refund.
    • Items must be sent back within 7 days of delivery, together with original proof of purchase or order number. We suggest trying on all purchases straight away to ensure you can return items within the returns timeframe.

     

    Please note Indijo reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on a garment should it not meet the requirements stated above.

  • RETURN SHIPPING

    Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and choice of carrier.

     

    Please note all shipping charges are non-refundable. 

  • REFUNDS

    Full priced items are eligible for refunds, subject to the RETURNS conditions. 

     

    Please note all shipping charges are non-refundable, only the paid price of the garment will be refunded. 

  • EXCHANGES

    To exchange your Indijo garment please email customercare@indijo.com.au and specify your order number and the size you are after.

     

    Our customer service team will do their best to accommodate exchange requests where posssible, but we cannot guarantee every request can be fulfilled. 

  • FAULTY GARMENTS

    At Indijo we stand behind the quality of our garments but in the unlikely event of a fault we will repair, return or exchange the garment.

     

    Please email customercare@indijo.com.au containing your order number, contact information and a description and photos of the fault. Our customer service team will contact you directly to rectify the issue as quickly as possible.

  • SALE ITEMS

    Sale items are eligible for exchanges, unless marked 'final sale'. Refunds will not be given on any sale item unless faulty.

     

    Items marked 'final sale' cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final.
